ID the Muscle:
Proximal Attachment - Anterior inferior iliac spine and ilium superior to acetabulum
Distal Attachment - Via common tendinous and independent attachments to base of the patella; indirectly via patellar ligament to tibial tuberosity; medial and lateral vasti also attaches to tibia and patella via aponeuroses (medial and lateral patellar retinacula)
