You should be able to identify the tibia and fibula. Anatomically the leg is defined as the part of the lower limb between the knee and ankle. There are 2 bones in the leg, the tibia and fibula. The tibia is the larger of the two and commonly referred to as the shinbone. The fibula is the smaller more lateral bone of the leg. Appreciate the position of these bones in vivo. Tap on the left tibia/fibula in the anterior image and they will appear shaded red.
