The lateral supracondylar ridge of the humerus is ridge on the lateral aspect of the distal 1/3rd of bone, terminating at the lateral epicondyle. Tap where you would predict to find this structure IN THE ANTERIOR SURFACE IMAGE BELOW and it will appear shaded red IN BOTH IMAGES.
