The shaft of the humerus is the main columnar aspect of the bone, distal to the head, greater and lesser tubercles, and proximal to the epicondyles, trochlea, capitulum, radial fossa and coronoid fossa. Tap on the humerus where the shaft is and it will appear shaded red.
