Proximal Attachment - Lateral supra-epicondylar ridge of humerus
Distal Attachment - Dorsal aspect of base of 2nd metacarpal
Innervation - Radial nerve
Action - Extend and abduct hand at the wrist joint; ECRL active during fist clenching
