Proximal Attachment - Medial tubercle of tuberosity of calcaneus; flexor retinaculum; plantar aponeurosis
Distal Attachment - Medial side of base of proximal phalanx of 1st digit
Innervation - Medial plantar nerve
Action - Abducts and flexes 1st digit
