Proximal Attachment - Medial and lateral tubercles of tuberosity of calcaneus; plantar aponeurosis; intermuscular septa
Distal Attachment - Lateral side of base of proximal phalanx of 5th digit
Innervation - Lateral plantar nerve
Action - Abducts and flexes little toe
